Group Therapy: Coffee, Tea, & Create

A Weekly Psychoeducational Therapy Group

Coffee, Tea, & Create is an open, virtual psychoeducational therapy group for adults focused on coping skills, self reflection, and emotional wellness through visual journaling. Each session includes a brief wellness topic, guided journaling activities, and optional reflection in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. No artistic experience is required, and sharing is always optional. Bring your coffee, tea, lunch, or favorite beverage and join us for a creative midday pause. Participants engage at their own pace using simple journaling materials.

To support a more personal and engaging experience, this small online group is intentionally limited to 2–6 participants, including the facilitator.
